Bir havuza ve bir restorana sahip geleneksel olarak inşa edilmiş Riad Assakina, Marakeş'in Medina semtinde yer almaktadır. Veranda ve havuz manzaralı şık konaklama birimleri sunmaktadır. Tesis genelinde Wi-Fi ücretsizdir. Bahia Sarayı 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir.
Assakina'nın yerel mimari ve tasarıma sadık bir biçimde ayrı ayrı dekore edilmiş oda ve süitlerinin hepsi klimalıdır. Her birinde özel Tadelakt banyo bulunmaktadır.
